Not all our exercise is done seated! We stand up for planks, kicks, lunges and squats, but the chairs serve as a barre for those feeling a bit unsteady at times.
It is FUN!
It makes a DIFFERENCE, and the folks who come are terrific, caring witty people.
There is no upper or lower age.
