Faced with another day of unceasing of rainfall, the staff at the church wanted to let you know that we are thinking of all of you. In fact we are holding you and our entire state in our prayers during this time of trial. We remember that we serve a mighty God who gives us strength to handle whatever life throws our way, including the difficulties that we currently face as a community.
During the course of this week I have spoken to people in Bossier, Webster, and Claiborne Parish, as well as with persons living throughout Caddo Parish. The effects of the flooding rains are far reaching - from sleep loss to home loss.
If you know of someone in our church family who has been displaced by flooding or has experienced flooding in their home, please assume that the church does not yet know. Please notify Peter Gaughan via email with any needs that you or others have due to the weather at peter@broadmoorumc.org.
